Celebrate one of Mexico’s most meaningful and colourful traditions at the Day of the Dead Market 2025 on Granville Island, returning for another year of art, culture, and community connection. This vibrant two-day festival invites visitors to explore the heart of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) — a joyful celebration that honours loved ones who have passed through music, storytelling, art, and tradition.
Presented by the Latincouver Cultural and Business Society, this event transforms Granville Island into a lively cultural hub filled with live performances, traditional crafts, workshops, and delicious Latin food, all wrapped in the warm glow of candles and marigolds.

More than a commemoration, Día de los Muertos is a celebration of life itself — a time to remember ancestors through colour, creativity, and community.
