The Driven Project brought its "Supercar Therapy" experience to Vancouver, giving 25 children battling critical illnesses a ride of a lifetime through the city. Each child rode shotgun in an exotic supercar as part of a 25-car convoy, escorted through downtown Vancouver under full police escort before arriving at Plaza of Nations and Pacific Boulevard outside BC Place.

What Happened

The children received an orange carpet arrival and on-field introductions, followed by a VIP game-day experience at a BC Lions game. The event was part of The Driven Project's ongoing mission to give critically and chronically ill children a transformative day through supercar experiences, with past participants and families reporting lasting positive impact: 89% of parents said their family's well-being improved and brought them closer together, 76% felt more hopeful for their future, and 70% said it was the best day ever for their child.
