Celebrate Canada Day by the Bay in White Rock with a day full of free entertainment and family-fun for all ages. Presented by Thrifty Foods, this event features live music, activities for kids, a vendor marketplace, and a grand fireworks finale.

Main Stage Performances (Memorial Park Stage):

• 8:30 PM: The Hip Replacements – A tribute band to Canadian rock legends The Tragically Hip, delivering a high-energy performance that captures the essence of Gord Downie.
• 7:00 PM: En Karma – North America’s premier Bhangra band, blending traditional Punjabi music with modern beats to get everyone dancing.

Located by the White Rock (P'Quals) from 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM, the Kid's Zone offers:

• An inflatable obstacle course
• Face painting & tattoos
• Arts & crafts
• And more fun activities for kids

• Scavenger Hunt: Organized by Thrifty Foods
• Mini Golf: Enjoy a round of mini golf on the onsite course
• Photo Booth: Capture memories of the day
• White Rock Museum & Archives Exhibit: "Shenanigans! Celebrating 80 years of the White Rock Players’ Club"

Vendor Row Marketplace:

Explore over 60 vendors featuring art, food, jewelry, clothing, and more. The marketplace is located west of the White Rock Museum and is open from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Fireworks:

Presented by Allure Ventures, the grand fireworks finale will start at 10:15 PM. Watch the spectacular display from the promenade, Memorial Park, or anywhere along East or West Beach.

Getting to the Waterfront:

Transit:

Bus routes 361 and 362 will take people from Uptown White Rock to the Waterfront. Visit TransLink’s web page for route details.

Parking:

• Hourly Parking: Available at the parking lots east and west of the Pier.
• West Beach Parkade: Located at Vidal Street and Victoria Avenue, with hourly and all-day parking rates available.
• Note: The small parking lot at the head of the Pier will be closed for event parking.

It is highly recommended to carpool if possible to ease congestion and find parking more easily.
