One of Canada’s most thrilling cycling events returns to the heart of historic Gastown this summer! The Global Relay Gastown Grand Prix 2025 brings together elite male and female cyclists from across North America and around the world to compete in a high-speed criterium through cobblestone streets.
Whether you're a passionate cycling fan or just looking for a fun and exciting night out in the city, this is a must-see free event in Vancouver’s summer calendar.

Since its founding in 1973, the Gastown Grand Prix has become a major event in the North American cycling circuit. Revived by Global Relay, the race now draws world-class talent and tens of thousands of spectators. With its urban course and rich history, the GGP continues to be one of Canada’s most iconic criterium races.
