Celebrate Canada Day at the 78th Annual Steveston Salmon Festival

Join thousands of locals and visitors for Canada’s biggest little birthday party as the Steveston Salmon Festivalreturns for its 78th year on Tuesday, July 1, 2025! This beloved Canada Day tradition features a dazzling parade, live entertainment across multiple stages, family-friendly activities, cultural showcases, and the famous Salmon Bake.

The festival spans the heart of Steveston Village and includes everything from early morning pancakes and classic cars to youth showcases, roving performers, Japanese cultural exhibits, and more.

  📍 Starting at Gulf of Georgia Cannery parking lot (arrive by 9:15 AM)

• 🕙 Main Parade: 10:00 AM
  📍 Starts at Garry Point Park and follows Chatham Street, Third Avenue, Moncton Street, ending at Railway Avenue
