With over 1 million twinkling lights spread across 15 acres, this annual event has become a beloved tradition in Vancouver’s holiday season. Sensory-Friendly Evening

VanDusen Botanical Garden ensures that the Festival of Lights is accessible to everyone. On December 3, 2024, a sensory-friendly evening will be hosted for neurodiverse individuals, their families, and caretakers. This special evening features:

• Reduced capacity by over 50%.
• Lowered audio levels.
• Flashing lights turned off.
  This thoughtful event provides a comfortable, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all.

• November 29 to December 24: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Last entry: 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM)
• December 25: Closed
• December 26 to January 5: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Last entry: 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM)

Ticket Prices (before tax and service fees)

• Adults (19–64 years): $28
• Seniors (65+) and Youth (13–18 years): $18
• Garden (VBGA) Members with Valid Card: $17
• Children (5–12 years): $11
• Children (4 and under): Free (Reservation required)

Group Discounts: Save 10% on group bookings of 50 or more. (Children aged 4 and under receive free admission but are not counted toward the group discount.)
