Running from October 1 to 18, 2025, at Vancouver’s York Theatre, this Premium Presentation delivers a gasp-inducing blend of physical artistry, primal rhythm, and raw emotion. Directed by Yaron Lifschitz, WOLF invites audiences into a world where movement, music, and metaphor collide — exploring the untamed spirit that lives within us all.
About the Show
WOLF is a two-act acrobatic spectacle that takes audiences on a visceral journey through chaos, instinct, and transformation.
Ten extraordinary Circa performers — clad in designer Libby McDonnell’s sleek costumes — move with fierce precision, tearing through the stage with flips, leaps, balances, and breathtaking choreography. Set to DJ Ori Lichtik’s relentless, primal beats, the performance blurs the lines between dance and acrobatics, creating an atmosphere that is both mesmerizing and animalistic.
For director Yaron Lifschitz, the wolf represents our untameable nature — wild, anarchic, and deeply human. Through movement and metaphor, the performers transform from solitary figures into a ferocious pack, celebrating the collective power of freedom and instinct.
