Overview:
The St. Roch Dock, located at The Shipyards, offers a prime moorage location for pleasure crafts, water taxis, and private yachts. With stunning 360-degree views of the North Shore and Vancouver skylines, it is an ideal spot for a short visit to explore local shops, restaurants, and hotels.
Dock Details:
- Length: 100 feet
- Moorage Capacity: Vessels up to 25 metres (80 feet) long with a 66-tonne displacement
- Facilities:
- Timber bull rail and rub rails
- Four cleats per side for secure mooring
Moorage Information:
- Short Visits: Vessels can moor for short visits of up to three hours without a Moorage Agreement.
- Extended Stays: A Moorage Agreement is required for stays longer than three hours. For more details, see the Moorage Information section.
- Services: The City does not supply berthage services such as fenders, gangways, or garbage disposal. These services can be arranged through our preferred contractor.
