What's Included
All ingredients and tools are provided, including sushi rice, sushi vinegar, salmon flakes, kamaboko (Japanese fish cake), nori (dried seaweed), and cucumber. Please bring a container to take your sushi home. An apron is recommended but optional.
Who Can Join
The workshop is suitable for adults and youth ages 12 and up. Younger children may take part with a parent.
