Chef Donal, originally from Ireland, brings over 15 years of professional culinary experience, having worked in top kitchens across Ireland, the UK, San Francisco, and Vancouver.
Known for his role in helping CinCin in Brighton, England, earn a Michelin Bib in 2018, Chef Donal specializes in handmade Anglo-Italian pastas and creative takes on traditional flavors. His engaging and interactive demonstration promises to be both educational and entertaining, leaving you with new cooking techniques and inspiration to try at home.
