Event Overview

Raise your steins and dust off your lederhosen—Harvest Haus 2025 is back at the PNE Forum for one unforgettable weekend on October 3 & 4, 2025. Known as Vancouver’s answer to Munich’s Oktoberfest, this annual tradition combines European harvest culture with modern West Coast flair. Expect lively long-table camaraderie, oompah bands, DJs, craft brews, and delicious food in a fully immersive Bavarian-style beer hall.

What to Expect

🍺 25+ Beers, Ciders, Wines & Spirits – Featuring Paulaner, Erdinger, Stiegl, Delirium, La Chouffe, Russell Brewing, and more.
🥨 Authentic German Food – Pretzels, sausages, bratwurst, and classic European flavours.
🎶 Entertainment – Traditional oompah bands, DJs spinning Oktoberfest anthems, and sing-along moments.
🎪 Marketplatz – A festive space with authentic food vendors, drinks, and cultural showcases.
🎉 Vibrant Atmosphere – Stein-clinking, dancing, and long-table fun with thousands of festival-goers.

• 🍻 VIP Tables (6 people):

  • Pre-sale: $420

  • Regular: $620

  • Includes: Reserved table for 6, souvenir beer steins, guaranteed seating all night.

⚠️ Ticket Pricing Tiers: Early purchase = cheaper tickets. Once a tier sells out, the next tier activates at a higher price.

Additional Information

• Currency: Drinks purchased with festival coins called Gülden ($2 each, sold online or onsite). Most drinks cost 5–7 Gülden.

• Food Purchases: Debit/credit only (no Gülden for food/water).

• Accessibility: The event is wheelchair accessible with handicap parking available onsite.

• Dress Code: No official dress code, but Bavarian attire (lederhosen, dirndls) is encouraged.

• Age Restriction: 19+ only. Two pieces of valid government-issued ID required.
