The Shipyards Festival 2025 returns to North Vancouver’s waterfront with a full day of live music, entertainment, family activities, and community spirit. Presented by the Lower Lonsdale BIA, this free one-day festival takes over The Shipyards District and East 1st Street with multiple stages, a site-wide beer garden, kids’ entertainment, and local business activations. Whether you’re coming for the music, food, or family fun, this community celebration is one of the highlights of Metro Vancouver’s fall festival calendar.

Festival Zones & Activities

✨ Seaspan Family Zone – At The Pipe Shop from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Kids can enjoy shows and interactive performances including:

🍻 Beer Garden – Enjoy craft beer and beverages site-wide, featuring selections from local breweries.

🎶 Multiple Stages – Catch diverse musical acts at The Shipyards and along East 1st Street, ensuring non-stop entertainment throughout the day.

Family-Friendly Features

The festival is designed for all ages. Families will love the Seaspan Family Zone, while adults can relax in the beer garden or dance to live bands late into the evening. The car-free streets create a safe and welcoming environment for strollers, kids, and cyclists.
