Surrey Canada Day 2024
Event Overview:
Experience Western Canada's largest Canada Day celebration at Surrey Canada Day, situated on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territories of the Salish Peoples, including the q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), q̓ʷɑ̓ƛ̓ən̓ (Kwantlen), and sǝmyámǝ (Semiahmoo) land-based Nations. This free, all-ages event offers a day full of entertainment, food, cultural activities, and a spectacular fireworks finale.

The Tavern:
Get refreshed with a variety of craft beer, wine, ciders, and coolers. Attendees must be 19+ to purchase and consume alcohol, and provide two pieces of government-issued ID.

Amusement Rides:
Shooting Star Amusements offers rides like the Zipper, the Spider, the Sizzler, Zero Gravity, and various bouncy castles. Prices:

Learn, reflect, and discover Indigenous culture and the true history of Canada.
Getting to the Event:
Transit:
Bus routes 361 and 362 will take people from Uptown White Rock to the Waterfront. Visit TransLink’s web page for route details.
Parking:
- Hourly Parking: Available at the parking lots east and west of the Pier.
- West Beach Parkade: Located at Vidal Street and Victoria Avenue, with hourly and all-day parking rates available.
- Note: The small parking lot at the head of the Pier will be closed for event parking.
It is highly recommended to carpool if possible to ease congestion and find parking more easily.
