Join ghouls, goblins, and costumed runners for the 2025 Monster Dash 5KM, a festive Halloween race through Burnaby. Whether you're a competitive runner or just in it for the frightfully fun atmosphere, this event offers an exciting blend of exercise and seasonal celebration. Expect a lively course, post-run treats, and the thrill of racing in costume!

🎃 Mini Monster Dash – 400 Metre Kids Run

Perfect for kids 9 and under, this fun dash around Swangard Stadium’s track encourages creativity and fun. Children can dress up as their favourite superheroes, monsters, or cartoon characters and enjoy a safe, family-friendly event.

Mini Dash includes:

• Goodie bags

• Custom souvenir

• Free access to the kid zone and vendors

Mini Monster Dash:

• No timing chip (fun run)
