Car Free Day takes over McAllister Avenue for a full street festival featuring live entertainment, family activities, local food and drink, community booths, and electric vehicle displays. Presented by TransLink, the free event encourages attendees to explore alternative ways of getting around while enjoying a car-free day in the community.

Market & Community Displays
A market of local vendors runs throughout the event — bring reusable bags for shopping. Community groups and local businesses also set up interactive displays and booths, including electric vehicles on display.

Getting There
Attendees are encouraged to take transit, walk, or cycle to the festival. A free bike valet is available to securely park bikes in the small parking lot at the corner of McAllister Avenue and Donald Avenue.

- Donald Street from McAllister Avenue to Wilson Avenue
