The Vancouver Cheese and Meat Artisan Food & Beverage Festival brings together more than 150 curated pairings under one roof, giving visitors an all-inclusive way to taste, learn, and connect with some of the best artisan food and drink around. Designed for anyone who's ever felt overwhelmed by a specialty food section or farmers market, the festival lets guests walk at their own pace, sampling pairings while learning directly from the artisans behind each product.

A single ticket covers the full tasting experience, spanning cheese, meat, and everything else typically found on a grazing platter, alongside the drinks that pair with it.

Learn directly from the makers behind each product, gaining insight into how to build pairings for a dinner party or just for personal taste.
Tasting Sessions
Event hours run 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, split into three sessions:
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM — Noon Tasting
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM — Afternoon Tasting
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM — Evening Tasting
Registration opens 15 minutes before each session's start time; two hours is designed to be plenty of time to walk the full festival and visit every vendor.
VIP vs. Regular Tickets
VIP tickets include exclusive line access, a welcome drink, and a regional gift, and allow holders to attend any or all sessions they wish.
Event Guidelines
- 19+ event in Canada (21+ in the USA) — bring two pieces of government ID
- Bring your printed ticket for scanning on arrival
- Keep hands free — a charcuterie board, drinking glass, and brochure will be provided
- Dress code: Business casual; avoid perfumes or colognes, as scents can interfere with tasting. The venue is both indoor and outdoor, with uneven ground varying between concrete and gravel
- Etiquette: Do not line up at vendor tables — with plenty of time to visit everyone, come back later if more than eight people are waiting
- Portions: Food samples range 0.5–3 oz; liquor samples range 1–4 oz
- Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person through the ticketing platform, up to and including the day of the event
- Coat check available on-site for $4.00
- If the event is postponed, refunds are offered within a set window; after that, remaining tickets transfer to the new festival date
