Jade Music Fest celebrates Chinese-language and heritage language music by Asian and Asian Canadian artists. Now in its fifth year, the Vancouver festival explores how cultural traditions can transform into contemporary sound, and it’s about more than live music. It also offers programming for the artistic development of Asian Canadian musicians and for public appreciation of their work. Discover this year’s lineup of showcases, workshops, panels, and artist talks on Granville Island, with a free festival pass for most programming and ticketed evening shows.
