Event Overview

The Christmas Craft Fair 2025 returns to Cloverdale for a festive, creative, and community-focused holiday shopping experience. Taking place at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds, this annual event features a curated selection of artisans, makers, and local small businesses offering handmade Christmas décor, seasonal gifts, home goods, treats, crafts, and creative holiday items.

Whether you’re searching for meaningful gifts, supporting local artisans, or simply enjoying a seasonal outing with family or friends, the Christmas Craft Fair in Cloverdale offers a warm and festive atmosphere to start your holiday celebrations.

Vendor Information & Application Details

This event is one of the region’s most popular seasonal craft fairs and has received an exceptionally high volume of vendor applications. As of now:

• Applications are full, except for vendors who make Christmas-themed décor or holiday items.

• Only a few spaces remain for handmade Christmas items.

• Vendors applying after February 26 are automatically placed on the waitlist and should not pay the $10 adjudication fee unless notified.

Waitlist Instructions

If you wish to be placed on the waitlist:

1. Submit your application form.

2. Do not pay the application fee.

3. You will only be contacted if selected.

Current Applicants

• Acceptance invoices have been issued via Square.

• Check your inbox and junk mail.

• If you have not received an invoice, you are currently waitlisted or still under review.

Application Fee Requirements

• A $10 non-refundable adjudication fee is required with applications.

• This is separate from table/vendor fees.

• Fee is not refunded in the case of non-acceptance.

Vendor Priorities

To maintain a seasonal experience:

• Vendors must display at least one Christmas-themed item at their table.

• Booth décor is encouraged to reflect a festive style.

• Handmade Christmas items receive first priority during selection.

Adjudication Process

Applications are reviewed in category groups and assessed based on:

• Quality of work

• Fit for the holiday theme

• Order of submission

• Presence of Christmas or seasonal items

Response time may take 2–4 weeks, depending on product category volume.

Vendors with overdue invoices will automatically forfeit their table. No exceptions.
