Malina Dawn, a queer Métis and Nehiyaw Iskwew (Cree Métis woman), blends Indigenous wisdom with yogic practice to create an inspiring and accessible class. Participants can expect mindful movement, breathwork, community connection, and an uplifting yoga experience suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
