Vancouver's T100 Triathlon races through one of the city's most scenic courses, starting and finishing at Locarno Beach next to the Jericho Sailing Centre. The route loops around Jericho Beach Park along the shores of Spanish Banks, taking in ocean, mountain, and city views at every stage. The weekend combines elite pro racing with a full multi-sport festival atmosphere, spanning four race distances across two days.

Race Distances
T100 100KM Triathlon
A 2km swim, 80km bike, and 18km run — the same distance raced by the world's top professional triathletes, and a qualifying race for the T100 Age-Group World Championship Finals.
Olympic Triathlon
A 2km swim, 40km bike, and 10km run, offering a competitive middle-distance option on race morning.
Sprint Triathlon
A 1.5km swim, 40km bike, and 10km run, serving as an accessible entry point into T100 weekend racing.
Junior Super Sprint Triathlon
A shorter-format race for younger and newer athletes, held Saturday afternoon.
