A.C.C.E.S.S. — the Afro-Caribbean Cultural Summerfest of Surrey — returns for another two-day, free celebration of Afro-Caribbean culture, bringing music, dance, cultural food, and Carnival energy to Surrey Civic Plaza. Organized by New Vision Music Society, the festival is built around celebrating cultural diversity and uplifting local and emerging talent through the sounds of Afro, Reggae, and Soca music.
Past Headliners
The festival has a track record of drawing major names in Afro-Caribbean music. Last year's Day 1 headliner was Luciano, known for his soulful roots reggae and uplifting lyrical themes, while Day 2 was headlined by King Bubba, the Bajan super producer, composer, DJ, and performer. Past years have also featured Bajan soca legend Rupee, known globally for his hit "Tempted to Touch."

Two days of Afro, Reggae, and Soca performances anchor the festival, featuring both major headliners and emerging local talent.
Cultural Food
Afro-Caribbean cuisine is available throughout the weekend, giving visitors a taste of the islands and Africa alongside the music.
