Dovercourt Crypt Haunted House in Lynn Valley 2026
Terror takes over Lynn Valley once again at the Dovercourt Crypt, a neighbourhood haunted house at the corner of Dovercourt and Maginnis. Join the evening of thrills, chills, and Halloween fun, with scare-free nights for younger visitors and full haunt nights for those who want the real thing. Admission is by donation, with proceeds going to the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund.

Sneak Preview Night
Friday, October 16, 6:30 PM (ish) – 9:30 PM
A preview of the haunt with the effects on and no actors.
Scare-Free Hauntling Nights
October 19–22 and October 26–29 (Mondays through Thursdays), 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
An actorless, scare-free haunted house that suits younger children and anyone who prefers a gentler visit.
Full Haunt Experience
October 17 and 18, October 23–25, and October 30 (Fridays through Sundays), 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
The full haunted house experience, with actors.
Halloween Night
Saturday, October 31
- Scare-free haunt: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Trick-or-treating: starts at 3:00 PM
- Full haunt: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM, with a fireworks show to follow
New This Year: Time-Specific Booking
To manage the crowds, the Crypt is introducing a new time-specific booking system. A very limited number of slots will be available each day, and the organizers will share details on how to reserve one soon.
Support the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund
Admission is by donation, and all proceeds go to the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund. The suggested minimum is $10 per adult and $5 per child, and you’re welcome to give more to support the cause.
