Each participating vendor creates a festival-exclusive hot chocolate flavour, often paired with a matching dessert. From classic European-style drinking chocolate to adventurous global flavours, dairy-free innovations, and vegan creations, the festival showcases the incredible diversity of Vancouverβs food scene.
