My journey started 20 years ago when I gave birth to my first child and gained 25 pounds, and needed to get rid of it. I joined a group fitness class and it took me one year to get back to my previous shape. That one year was enough time for me to fall in love with fitness and change my career from working as a medical laboratory technician to being a fitness instructor and going back to university to study physical education and finishing my degree back in my country — Iran.
As a Certified Personal Trainer from American Council of Exercise(ACE) since 2015 in BC, I have been focused to assess clients fitness levels and develop appropriate programs according to their age, ability and goals. It gives me great joy to help clients to maintain and improve their physical condition throughout customized programs. My specialty is in training for stability, weight loss and corrective exercises and working with individuals who are new to the gym and want a fresh start in fitness.
