Taking over the family business was supposed to bring An-Te one step closer to his ultimate dream of being a real cowboy. But the hat business is slow, the bills are piling up and he’s no closer to finding his childhood sweetheart Clementine-Rose. When the store is hit with a rezoning and development application, An-Te is forced to finally face the facts. Has the world left him behind? Did he miss his chance to make something of himself?
The latest work from Vancouver comedian An-Te Chu (Just for Laughs Vancouver, Teddy Rocks Festival, Big Fun Festival), The Last Cowboy Hat Salesman is a hilarious, playful and absurd one man character comedy that takes you into the life of a man wondering if the world has left him behind.
