Canyon Frights transforms Capilano Suspension Bridge Park into a glowing, spooky-season adventure for the whole family. Day and night, the iconic suspension bridge, the river, and the surrounding forest are lit up for Halloween, with playful scares, activities for little goblins, live music, and a limited-time seasonal food and drink menu. Not every corner of the park is out to scare you, so it works well for kids and anyone who prefers atmosphere over fright.

Funk in the Forest
With Bruno Mars set to take over Vancouver for a record-breaking five-night run this October, Canyon Frights joins the citywide excitement. The Cliffwalk gardens are dressed up with funky decor and themed skeleton displays, a playful nod to the pop superstar's signature style.
Little Goblins' Games & Activities
Creep into Critter's Hollow for a crash course in all things bats, or join the Frightful Forest Scavenger Hunt, with clues and activities scattered along the trails for goblins and ghouls of all ages.
Haunted Harmonies
Live music keeps the spirits going at Loggers' Grill Plaza, with sets running on the hour from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Spellbound Sips and Snacks
The Cliff House Restaurant & Bar serves a limited-time menu of Halloween-inspired sips and seasonal bites. Look for the Midnight Mule, Peek-A-Boo-Tini, and Dracula's Bite Hot Chocolate, plus comforting dishes like Harvest Moon Soup, Foragers Ravioli, and a Pumpkin Crème Brûlée.
Costume Guidelines
To keep the experience safe and fun for all guests, please follow these costume rules:
- Costumes must be child-friendly and non-offensive
- Costumes may not be obstructive or violent
- Masks are not permitted
- No sharp or pointed objects that could accidentally strike another guest
- No weapons or items that could be mistaken for real weapons
Guests who don't follow these guidelines may be refused entry unless their costume can be modified to meet the standards.
