The Wellness Show 2025 is Western Canada’s largest and most anticipated health and wellness event. For 32 years, the show has connected guests with the latest trends, products, and ideas in nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. With 250+ exhibitors, 100+ speakers, live cooking and fitness demonstrations, and over 20,000 attendees, this event offers something for everyone passionate about a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

Tickets
- General Admission (16+): $10.00 (online) | $12.00 (at the door)
- 15 and Under: Free!
- Admission includes access to all seminars, demonstrations, and workshops.
