About Suyo Modern Peruvian

The menu covers the range of Peruvian cooking, including Chinese-Peruvian (chifa) and Japanese-Peruvian (Nikkei) influences, in a narrow, jungle-inspired room.

Peruvian cooking leans on seafood, corn, potatoes and ají chilies. Ceviche is raw fish cured in citrus. Ask about shellfish and gluten (soy sauce in lomo saltado) if you have restrictions.
