Community Competitions
Artists and creatives can submit their work to displays and competitions, with winners chosen by a panel of judges.
Evening Events
ChocoBOO Rouge (Saturday Evening)
ChocoBOO Rouge is the Halloween-themed celebration of KupoCon: MetroPom. It is strictly 19+, and only attendees of the main event can join. Inspired by the drama of Moulin Rouge with a spooky KupoCon twist, it blends Halloween glamour, cabaret energy, crimson lighting, and masquerade vibes with Final Fantasy fun. Come in elegant costume, cosplay, or whatever suits the theme. The night starts with interactive activities and social games, then becomes a late-night party with Final Fantasy favourites, Halloween tracks, and nostalgic anthems. Themed drinks will be available.
Project Origin: For King & Con (Sunday Evening)
The North American premiere of Project Origin: For King & Con takes place during MetroPom. This documentary looks at the story of KupoCon and its journey to the 20th event, along with the community that made it possible. It follows the event from its humble beginnings to sold-out spectacles, including the behind-the-scenes work and the atmosphere on event day. The screening is 18+, and seating is limited. Visit the event website for the dress code, age restrictions, and what to expect.
