Event Overview

Dare to enter Fright Nights at Playland, Vancouver’s scariest Halloween experience and Western Canada’s largest haunt. Running from October 3–31, 2025, this terrifying tradition features haunted houses, thrill rides, and roaming scare actors that will keep your nightmares alive long after you leave.

What to Expect

👻 7 Haunted Houses – Each filled with unique horrors, including The Void and Keepers Doll Factory.
🎢 15+ Rides – Scream your way through Playland’s iconic attractions in the dark.
🎭 Scare Actors – Monsters, zombies, and sinister performers lurking around every corner.
🍂 Halloween Atmosphere – Creepy midway, themed snacks, and Instagram-worthy photo ops.

Admission & Tickets

Fright Nights is open on select nights between October 3 and October 31, 2025.

• Access to all 7 haunted houses

• Access to 15+ thrill rides

• Entry to scare zones and live entertainment

👉 Passes must be purchased for a specific night. Event nights sell out quickly—purchase early and online to secure your ticket.

• Arrival: Between 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM only

• Availability: Limited quantities, online advance purchase only

• Note: Not available during the first week of Fright Nights

⚡ Rapid Pass – $56–$58

Skip the long lines with a Rapid Pass, granting priority access to each haunted house and five select rides:

• Rides include Atmosfear, Beast, Breakdance, Sea-to-Sky, and Skybender

• Each haunted house and ride can be accessed one time via Rapid Pass entrance

• Price: $56 in advance / $58 same-day or on-site (limited availability)

Visitor Information

• Recommended Age: 13+

• No Costumes or Makeup Allowed

• Bag Policy: Bags larger than 8.5″ x 11″ are not permitted; bag check available for $10

• Wait Times: Entrance lines may exceed 60 minutes; ride/haunted house wait times can reach 90 minutes on busy nights

• Pro Tip: Visit your favourite haunted houses and rides first
