Langley's only professional rodeo, fully sanctioned by the CPRA, Valley West Stampede returns for Labour Day weekend with three days of rodeo competition, nightly live music, and family-friendly activities celebrating the culture of the American West. Events include Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, Bareback Riding, Mutton Busting, and Saddle Bronc Riding, alongside a Cowboy Church service, All Star Wrestling, and live music at the Train Station every day of the event.

2026 Special Community Involvement: Golden Circle of Champions
Valley West Stampede partners with the Golden Circle of Champions this year, an organization dedicated to honouring children and families facing medical challenges through the spirit of rodeo. This year's featured story centers on six-year-old twins Weston and Bennett, both diagnosed with leukemia — Weston at age two and Bennett at age four. After completing treatment, the twins started kindergarten together, having been unable to attend preschool during their years of chemotherapy. The Stampede connects young patients like Weston and Bennett with the rodeo community for unique experiences and lasting memories.
