Event Overview
Step into an immersive theatrical journey through nature with Me & The Forest, a world premiere interactive production presented as part of the Vancouver International Children’s Festival 2026. Created by Boca del Lupo and ArtstageSAN, this innovative outdoor experience invites audiences to imagine what it would be like to hear the thoughts of an ancient tree.
Using a massive puppet, wireless headphones, immersive audio storytelling, and interactive theatre, Me & The Forest creates a unique connection between audiences and the natural world. Guided through a shared experience surrounded by fellow explorers, visitors are encouraged to reflect on humanity’s relationship with nature, community, and the environment.
Blending theatrical imagination, technology, and outdoor storytelling, this family-friendly Vancouver theatre production offers a meaningful and memorable cultural experience for older children, youth, and adults.
