About Madame Danh

Owner and executive chef Tyson grew up in Vietnam learning to cook from his mother and moved to Canada in 2012. He trained in respected Vancouver kitchens, including West, Miku and ¿CóMO? Taperia.

The restaurant is named after his grandmother, and some of her recipes appear on the menu. Family photos line the walls.
