About The Lunch Lady

The restaurant opened in 2020 in partnership with Ms. Thanh, the first home of her legacy outside Saigon. It was brought to Vancouver by second-generation Vietnamese-Canadian Michael Tran with chef Benedict Lim. Ms. Thanh passed away in May 2025.

The menu translates her soulful street cooking into a modern Vietnamese kitchen, with an adventurous wine and cocktail list.
