Metro Vancouver has one of North America's strongest Indian food scenes. It runs from a Cambie Street institution that helped define modern Indian dining, to new tasting-menu restaurants, Kingsway and Fraser Street dosa houses, and Surrey's chaat shops and buffets.
This guide covers 24 places across the region, drawing on the 2026 Michelin Guide Vancouver, recent Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards, OpenTable and local coverage. Three of them hold a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026.
