Brewery & the Beast brings its all-inclusive food and beverage festival back to Concord Pacific Place, with more than 60 of Vancouver's best chefs and restaurants cooking over live fire and serving unlimited dishes as part of a single ticket price. With more than 35 events held across Western Canada, the festival pairs a grazing-style feast with a full beverage program, live music, and support for local hospitality charities — all 19+.
The Food
More than 60 chefs and restaurants prepare dishes cooked over live fire using responsibly sourced proteins, with guests free to sample as much as they like at no extra cost. Participating restaurants include Published on Main, Anh & Chi, Elisa, Lucia, Kavita, Two Rivers Meats, Boulevard Kitchen + Oyster Bar, AMA, Collective Goods Bistro, Good Thief, Wildlight Kitchen + Bar, The Pie Hole, el Santo, Torafuku, Havana, Violete, Selene Aegean Bistro, La Mezcaleria, Basta Barbecue x Farmers Apprentice, Mount Pleasant Vintage & Provisions, Peya, Glowbal, Juke Fried Chicken, and more than 40 additional restaurants.
The Drinks
All beverages are included in the ticket price, with generous pours throughout the event: custom cocktails, premium wines, local craft beer, ciders, hard teas and seltzers, and zero-proof options. Standard pours run 12oz for beer/cider/seltzers/hard teas, 3oz for wine, and 0.5oz for spirits — no drink tokens required.
Entertainment
Live music and guest DJs provide the soundtrack throughout the afternoon in Concord Pacific Place's spacious outdoor setting.

Brewery & the Beast provides funding to the Chefs' Table Society of BC, Mind the Bar, and other charities supporting mental health initiatives and food security programs within the food and beverage industry.
